This project was selected as the competition winner in a limited design competition sponsored and managed by the client. The curved front elevation was designed to provide maximum natural light into the atrium/lobby space and to the galleries overlooking these. Conversely, the galleries and lobby area look out onto a rich and lush landscape extending from the main entrance to the main road access. A considerable stretch of landscaped open area is available due to the building’s setback to the rear of the site. The area of the building is 10,000 m², 5-storey plus basement office building. It is situated on a site of 36,000 m² with a rich and lush landscape extending from the main building to the main road access.
