Since the major function of the corporation is to provide communication LINKS to people, we have exploited this concept throughout the tower by providing high-tech access tubes. When somebody, passes the raised entrance he walks through LINKS which are transparent tubes, experiencing either the lower ground-floor facilities or the communal functions on the ground floor, leading to the ATRIUM surrounded by the office spaces. The tower mass has also been linked to its surrounding landscape through huge but light structures. Elaborately conceived designs of the external facades insure both, thermal and light controls, resulting in a more pleasant working environment. The building’s planned built up area is 75,000 m².
