The project is designed on a 360,000 m² plot in the Gharnata District with a built-up area of 130,000 m², adjacent to the main ring road connecting Riyadh airport to the city center. The design was developed to combine local shopping habits with modern upscale shopping standards. Consequently, it is conceived for the enjoyment of three generations of Saudi families who traditionally shop together, and as such it was necessary to provide something for everybody.
