The project comprises the main building and the parking building with a site area of about 25,000 m². The structural framing consists of concrete with high quality finish. Total building construction area is about 75,000 m² of which 57,000 m² is occupied by the main 19-storey tower building with a height of 89 m built primarily for offices. The remaining area accommodates a 3-storey parking building with 436 car parking spaces connected to the main building by two pedestrian bridges. Support facilities include a 205-seat auditorium, 50-seat cafeteria, two 54-seat seminar halls and a large public hall.
