The project concept is to develop the suburb of the Thumama area in the city of Riyadh. The project compromises of 2000 villas of different sizes and 2000 apartments. The overall population of the suburb is expected to be between 25,000 to 30,000. In addition to the residential facilities the project contains the following functions: commercial and administration facilities, open courts and restaurants, three different types of schools, recreational area and social club, polyclinics, kindergarten, and other supporting facilities. The site area of the project is around 3,000,000 m² and the total built up area is approximately 1,500,000 m².
