The residence of this famous singer is located in one of the most prestigious areas in Jeddah. The foremost requirement of the client was to design a residence with an overall Arabic flavor; all architectural characteristics had to be Vernacular and Arabic. The resultant design both from the exterior and the interior is a reflection of an Arabic style. From the exterior, the villa is clad in travertine marble with neat windows distributed in a classic manner. Inside, the male area is separate from the family area; even the entrances are separated for further privacy. The swimming pool is partly enclosed to ensure privacy for the family. The beautiful lawn outside is shared by all the major areas of the villa.
