Saudia Flight Operations Building

This project is the design of a new flight operations building in KAIA for Saudia Airlines. The objective is to provide a full Architectural and Engineering design of the complete Flight Operations Building infrastructure for Saudia as well as other associated facilities including a multi-storey parking facility that would accommodate around 2,000 vehicles. The increased requirements brought about some changes such as an increase in total area from 46,000 m² to 58,500 m² and total built-up area of 31,000 m² from 13,000 m², which would allow the building to accomodate up to 800 employees.
