The Zuhair Fayez Partnership Head Office in Jeddah consists of 4 different buildings designed to accommodate most of the organization's main divisions. The main building, with a ground area of 12,500 m², covers most of the site area of 16,000 m². The southeast and southwest buildings are considerably smaller with areas of only 670 m² and 1,150 m², respectively. Lastly, the parking building has 3 levels and can hold up to 230 vehicles. The building environment is regulated by a Building Management System (BMS) that monitors and controls HVAC and lighting to ensure a healthy and productive work environment.
