This project is the design of 24 hotels for an integrated transit-oriented hospitality complex dedicated to serve the visitors of Madinah. The project is intended to create a safe, accessible, safe, comfortable, and attractive environment for visitors. It comprises 24 4-star hotels on 6 blocks with 4 plots per block. Each plot will be developed with separate buildings and individual developments that are connected to each other through pedestrian and vehicular connections. The total built-up area will be around 470,000 m² on a 114,000 m² site area and can accommodate up to 24,000 visitors.
