Jubail

The project is located in the Industrial City of Jubail and is one of the earliest and most prestigious projects undertaken by ZFP. The building encloses an area of 35,000 m² (200,000 m² of landscaped area) in addition to a large parking level in the basement. The Kingdom's indigenous architectural characteristics resulted in the manifestation of the triangular motifs structured in pre-cast concrete units. The inverted pyramid is one of the most ideal forms to avoid the harsh desert sun.
