Dallah Tower

Jeddah

This project is the design of the Dallah Tower office building in Jeddah. This 16-storey building was built as an imposing landmark structure which provides great flexibility of space planning for present and future use. Unobstructed floor plates were constructed free of stairways, elevators, fixed plumbing, and other impediments to space planning. Service elements were placed outside the office floors and became attractive features of the building 's facade. The floor area is approximately 23,700 m² with 3 access points at the southern elevation. There is also an annex building at the northern elevation. It has a reinforced concrete frame structure with a floor area of 7,700 m² incorporating a single stairway in the central core.
