The total site area of the project is 50,000 m² and the built up area is 83,000 m². It consists of 4 main parts; a male campus for 2,250 students on a 27,200 m² built up area, female campus for 600 students on a 15,000 m2 built up area, students' shared facilities on a 6,200 m² built up area, family housing for 30 apartments on a 5,000 m² built up area, and structured parking on a 30,000 m² built up area. The shared academic facilities such as the ambulance center, disaster simulation hub, main lecture hall, sports center, and the main kitchen can be used by both male and female students according to a coordinated time schedule.
