The site is located near a node of activity which happens to be a lush green park. The designers took advantage of this energy generator and oriented the building towards the park so the people coming from the road can see the entrance and people from within the offices, cafeteria, etc... can enjoy the view outside. The diagonal orientation of the two office blocks further helps in reducing the east and west heat gain and encourages fenestration toward the north and south
