The total site area of the project is 200,000 m². The formal zone consists of a large villa to cater for all formal gatherings and occasions held by the client. Included in this zone are the facilities accommodating the client's private offices and study. The family zone consists of the client's private residential needs including all bedrooms, living, and dining quarters.
