Private Villa

This villa was created to be consistent with the client’s requirement to provide a simple white design embodying an abstracted classicist vocabulary. Formal and informal living and dining quarters are provided on the ground level with the master bedroom and the children’s bedrooms located above. Each bedroom is furnished with its own private sitting areas as requested by the client. An external swimming pool is provided for the family’s use offering a focal point of interest from the main villa spaces, which renders a welcome oasis of coolness and tranquility on hot summer days.
