The project is located in Riyadh Valley at King Saud University with a total site area 80,000 m² and built up area 43,000 m².The research center was designed based on the latest technologies of the art world class to support SABIC vision (to expand its plastic applications worldwide). The Orientation of the building is to the north side to provide natural light for most of the day for more than 75% of all regular occupation areas. This will reduce energy consumption like artificial lighting and provide HVAC innovative and creative work environment. Using the transparency and daylight will improve the integration between researchers, engineers and customers.
