The project is located in Khartoum City at the western beach of the Blue Nile River in Sudan. The site area is 57,700 m² while the built-up area is about 48,000 m². The office building is provided to accommodate the current administration and management sections of SUDATEL Group, with consideration to the expected growth within the coming 7 years. The design concept of the building is a growing shape from the ground towards the sky and that is revealed with escalation and intersection of the spiral rings on facade. Basic elements of design represent the local culture and surrounding context such as the Nile River, fertile land, and growing agriculture. These elements are reflected by using green and brown glazing at the facade.
